Terribly Terribly so. Who knew working an 8-5 could steal all your creativity, motivation, ambition, and love for all things art. I still jump on and check out all the work you awesome artists have been busily submitting like proper artists. I however have photos that need to be downloaded from cameras, images that I've doodled and may never finish, poems written in my journal but nothing posted. I'm just lazy. And tired, oh so tired. Tired of the boring, un-inspiring 8-5 normalcy that is my current life. I've read some great books, had some awesome ideas (including one involving a nightmare I had about little zombie girls in pink dresses with bows in their hair - but my execution was lacking and well I'm so out of practice it's not surprising).
Hopefully something will happen soon. I'll download those photos or maybe sign up for an evening class at the community college this fall (on top of my usual classes at the University), just to get back into the habit of drawing. I've sorely missed my art.
Here's hoping, and just to say I love ya'alls work (omg I've been in Louisiana too long when ya'alls pop up in journal entries) keep it up you are all very inspiring.
